Brew Lab is at 17 Redmond's Hill, Dublin 2, beside TU Dublin's Aungier Street campus, open seven days from 7.30am on weekdays. The window carries the words "Award Winning Baristas" alongside the fascia's "Brew Lab Specialty Coffee" lettering.

A front espresso bar with window stools sits ahead of a dedicated brew bar at the back, rotating through V60, cold brew, nitro and batch with washed and natural origins marked clearly, alongside four espresso options at a time. The pastry case holds croissants, small cakes, macarons, amaretti-style biscuits and energy balls, alongside sourdough sandwiches with vegan and gluten-free options. It's a compact room.
