Brew Lab is a long, narrow specialty coffee bar at 17 Redmond's Hill, Dublin 2, beside TU Dublin's Aungier Street campus. A front espresso bar with window stools sits ahead of a dedicated brew bar at the back, with retail shelving selling beans and brewing kit along the way.
The pastry case holds croissants, small cakes, macarons, amaretti-style biscuits and energy balls, alongside sourdough sandwiches; vegan and gluten-free options are available.
